Continue and enter your Gamer Tag, this tag should be unique and reflect you in some way. Only one Gamer Tag is allowed, so hopefully the one you want is still available to use.
You will need to then create or use an existing Windows Live ID, this can be a Hotmail, MSN, Xbox.com account or a Zune Account. If you do not have an account with any of the mentioned services you will have to create a new one in order to play Xbox Live.
